Our latest update brings exciting new features and improvements to enhance your TELUS Crop Management experience. We've added new capabilities for spraying jobs, implemented default settings for operators and equipment, and fixed some important bugs.
📢 List of enhancements
Define tank capacities for spraying jobs
You can now specify tank capacities for your spraying jobs, allowing for more accurate planning and resource management.
For draft jobs, find this option in the 'Select Equipment' tab.
For non-draft jobs, locate it in the 'Work Order' tab.
Set default tank capacities for spraying implements
Save time by setting default tank capacities for your spraying implements.
When you select an implement with default capacities during job creation, the system will automatically populate the tank capacities for you.
Tank capacities on 'Job Worksheet' reports
For spraying jobs with defined tank capacities and water rates, you'll now see this information in the 'Load Summary' section of your Job Worksheet.
This addition helps provide a more comprehensive overview of your spraying operations.
Choose a default operator/advisor for new jobs
Streamline your job creation process by setting a default operator or advisor.
This new feature allows you to pre-select a team member who will be automatically assigned to new jobs.
You can still change the operator for individual jobs as needed.
Standardised use of asterisks for required fields
We've implemented a consistent approach to indicating required fields throughout the platform.
All mandatory fields are now marked with an asterisk (*), making it easier to identify which information you need to provide.
