For more comprehensive guidance on using TELUS Crop Management or to receive user support, we offer a range of resources designed to help you get the most out of the application. Whether you're a first-time user or someone looking to explore advanced features, we’ve got you covered with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

Throughout TELUS Crop Management, you will notice a ‘Help’ icon conveniently placed in various sections. By selecting this icon, you’ll gain immediate access to helpful content - either through detailed help text that is specific to the area you're in or by being directed to our extensive library of support articles. This library covers everything from basic functions to troubleshooting tips, ensuring that you have all the information you need to hand.

Our customer support line is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of Wednesday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:00 am when we are closed for training. Our team of experienced and knowledgeable staff is ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

It will help us to locate your details quickly if you have your customer number to hand before you phone. Alternatively, email us your question and customer number to farmplansupport@telusagcg.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Our inbox is checked regularly throughout the working day.

You can also reach out to us via the Live Chat feature, available through the chat icon in TELUS Crop Management. Please note that while Live Chat may not provide instant responses, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Training

Application updates

Updates are released at intervals during the year and may contain new features, changes and enhancements. You will receive a notification when a significant update has been made but you will not need to do anything as it will be available to you automatically.
