We have made significant improvements to how jobs are handled within the platform, alongside a full redesign of the mobile app to use your device's native interface. These updates make managing jobs faster, more flexible, and easier to use, whether you're in the office or out in the field.
📢 What's New in This Release
Splitting Jobs – Split selected fields from an existing job into a new duplicate job.
Job Pricing – Set a one-off custom price for a product or activity on a specific job.
Pricing Activities by Time and Distance – Price activities by hours worked or distance travelled, not just hectares.
Mobile App Improvements – Native design for Android and iOS, smarter job ordering, and a dynamic sync menu.
⏱ Pricing Activities by Time & Distance
You can now price activities based on hours worked or distance travelled, rather than the default per-hectare rate. Once set, you can log the time or distance in the Times & Observations window of the job.
📱 Mobile App Improvements
The mobile app has been improved to use your device's native interface. Android and iPhone users will see a slightly different look and feel, consistent with their operating system. Jobs are now ordered by target date first, then issued date, so your highest-priority jobs always appear at the top of the list.
A new dynamic sync menu gives you clear visibility of data flowing between your device and the platform, and helps you manage any issues that can arise when multiple people are working on the same job at the same time.
