Each TELUS Crop Management account allows the creation of up to 4 additional users, with customisable roles and permissions. Should further additional users be required for your account these can be purchased by contacting the Sales Team on 01594 545000 or email farmplansales@telusagcg.com

The Manage Users section can be accessed through the avatar dropdown menu, where you can create users and modify their details, roles, and permissions.

User Roles

Account Admin

Every account has one account admin which is the initial setup user on the TELUS Crop Management account and as such their details are only able to be changed through contact with our Support or Sales teams. Account admins have full access to all the businesses within the account and full permissions which can’t be restricted.

Admins

The role of admin gives a user the same level of permissions as the account admin although their details can be modified locally. An account can have multiple admins created and admins have the ability to create and define the permissions of other users except the account admin.

Only Admin roles have the ability to create and import a migrated business.

Standard

Standard users can have restricted permissions, and an admin user can restrict a standard user's permissions to prevent them from having access to an entire business as well as from editing the cropping on a business or viewing pricing information within a specific business.

Read-Only

Read-only users are the most restricted user role, and an admin user can restrict a read-only user's permissions to prevent them from having access to an entire business or from viewing pricing information.

Permissions

  • Business Access or the restriction of a business means the user will be unable to see any aspect of that business via their logged on credentials.

N.B Field groups are Tags within the account and as such, are not restricted to specific businesses.

Users with business restrictions may encounter the following message where a job has been created containing fields from 2 separate businesses, one of which they are restricted from seeing.

  • Full Access means no business feature specific restrictions have been placed on that user.

  • Edit Cropping restriction prevents a user in the Fields Module from being able to create, edit or modify any of the cropping details but they still have access to view the Fields Module.

  • Pricing restriction prevents a user from seeing prices throughout the business and will prevent the user being able to carry out trading or viewing transactions.
