Stock module reports

Written by Cheryl Evans

The following reports are available to all Advanced users. They can be found through the reports icon in the stock module.

Stock Taking Sheet

This report creates an alphabetical list of your stock products, with their MAPP number (if appropriate) and the expected amounts. The final column is empty for you to enter the amount in stock as you carry out a stock take.

Stock Valuation

TELUS Crop Management Advanced customers should ensure they have selected the correct business in the filters before picking the stock valuation report.

When you select this report, you will be asked to select the date the valuation should be calculated to. Once generated, the report then shows your products broken down by product type. The columns are then opening balance, used/produced amount, stock traded, stock adjustments, average, and closing balance and value.

When generating the Stock Valuation report, you can also choose to hide products with zero closing balance figures. Selecting this option excludes any product whose closing balance quantity is zero for the valuation period from the generated report, in both the PDF report and the CSV export. This is based on the Closing Balance (quantity) column, not the Value column, so a product with a nonzero quantity but a very low or zero calculated value will still appear unless its closing balance quantity is also zero. This option is off by default, so unless you select it, all products, including those with a zero closing balance will be included.

Product Audit

This report details the use and trading of an individual product. It shows a summary of the product’s balances, followed by a list of each field it has been used on, and any trades it was bought or sold in.
