When migrating your data from TELUS Farm Management to TELUS Crop Management, specific data types and details are transferred to ensure a seamless transition. Below is a breakdown of what is included in the migration process and what will be excluded.

❗Key Considerations Before Migrating

  • Character Limits: Notes and comments transferred to TELUS Crop Management are strictly truncated to 255 characters in most fields.

  • Visuals & Attachments: Neither inspection photos nor field boundary map data will transfer during the initial migration.

    💡Tip: We highly recommend downloading reports (Especially Inspection reports, including photos) before initiating the migration.

Geo-located pins do not migrate.

Plans

• Initial Migration: Only applications of plans (activities) are migrated.

• Post-Migration: Published plans created by agronomists are sent to migrated sites.

• Machinery, Operators, Growth Stages, Water Volume, Comments, and Notes.

255-character limit on migrated notes/comments.

Activities

Temperature, Wind speed/direction, Primary Machine details, Operator details, Product Reasons, and Rates (plus all plan details listed above).
