Mobile App Profile Page

About the Profile Page

The Profile page shows your account information and gives you access to support and appearance settings.

To open it, tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Account

At the top of the page you will see your name and email address.

Below that, the Account section shows:

  • App Version – The version of the TELUS Crop Management app currently installed on your device. You may be asked for this number if you contact support.

  • Last Synchronised – The date and time your records were last successfully sent to the TELUS Crop Management website.

Support

The Support section gives you three ways to get help:

Chat – Opens a live chat window where you can speak with the TELUS Crop Management support team. This is the same window that is in the TELUS Crop Management website and it works the same way. This requires an internet connection. If you have unread messages, a circle with a number will appear on the top right of the Profile icon.

Phone – Tapping this will call the support line directly from your phone.

Email – Tapping this will open your email app with the support email address already filled in so you can send a message. You may be asked when selecting this option to attach logs in the email to help with troubleshooting if you are encountering an issue. This is entirely optional.

Appearance

The Appearance section lets you choose how the app looks:

  • System – The app will match your phone's current light or dark mode setting.

  • Light – The app always uses a light background.

  • Dark – The app always uses a dark background.

Tap your preferred option to apply it immediately. This will be saved and when you close and open the app again your selection will be applied automatically.
