Keeping the app up to date ensures you have the latest improvements and fixes. How you update the app depends on whether you are using an Apple (iPhone or iPad) or Android device.
iPhone and iPad (iOS)
On Apple devices, updates are delivered through the App Store.
If an update is available and your phone hasn't already updated automatically, you will see a notification in the app prompting you to update. Tapping it will take you directly to the TELUS Crop Management page in the App Store where you can install the latest version.
You can also update the app at any time by opening the App Store app on your device, searching for TELUS Crop Management, and tapping Update if one is available.
Android
On Android devices, updates are delivered directly within the app. You do not need to open the Google Play Store separately.
When an update is available, a prompt will appear within the app asking you to update. Visually it will look similar to the below.
If you dismiss the update prompt, you can still continue using the app. The prompt may appear again later. It is recommended to apply updates as soon as possible to avoid missing any fixes or improvements.
You can also update the app at any time by opening the Google Play Store app on your device, searching for TELUS Crop Management, and tapping Update if one is available.
